Answer: No, please look at the order number and items listed. You will see that they contain the same info. One is an order confirmation from the Amazon shopping cart and shipping details email from the company where your balms will be shipping from. Question: How long will it take my order to arrive?

 

Answer: Each lip balm lists how long the processing time is associated with that balm. Most balms will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Answer: This depends upon where you balm was fulfilled from. Login to the Order Status system and click on the balm in question. You'll be able to see from the order details where it shipped to and how to contact the specific shipper with return questions.
